Refund Policy

InviteCount Premium is a monthly membership sold through Patreon.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership on Patreon at any time. Your Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Refunds are granted at our discretion. If you used Premium during the billing period (for example by activating it on a server), that period is not eligible for a refund. If you were charged by mistake or could not use Premium because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will look at it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or write in our support server with the email of your Patreon account, your Discord user ID and the reason for your request. Patreon's own refund rules may also apply to payments made on Patreon.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
