Tickets

Support that runs itself

Give members one clear place to ask for help. Each ticket gets its own private channel, the right staff roles and a record that stays after it closes.

  • Panels with buttons or a menu, and a form before opening
  • Claim, escalate, rename, add members or roles
  • Automations: reminders and auto-close after silence Premium
  • Transcripts, satisfaction survey and team statistics

How it works

Tickets, in detail

Templates and panels

A template describes one kind of ticket: its category, its support roles, its opening message, its channel names and how many tickets a member may have open. A panel posts buttons or a menu that open those templates. Free servers have 3 panels and 3 templates, Premium servers 25 of each.

A form before the ticket

Ask up to 3 questions in a Discord form before the channel opens (5 with Premium). The answers land in the opening message, so your team has the context from the first second.

Claim, escalate, close

Your team works with buttons and slash commands:

  • /ticket claim and /ticket unclaim, with optional rules while a ticket is claimed (Premium)
  • /ticket escalate moves a ticket to another template and its team (Premium)
  • /ticket add-user, /ticket add-role and /ticket rename
  • Close with a button or /ticket close, with a reason

Automations

Rules run on their own: close a ticket when its opener leaves, send a reminder after a silence, or close a ticket nobody answered. Free servers get the opener-left rule; Premium servers write up to 10 rules per template, and staff pause them per ticket.

Transcripts and survey

Each closed ticket is saved as a transcript page that staff open after signing in with Discord. Free servers keep transcripts 30 days, Premium servers forever. Premium can also send the opener a closing DM with the transcript and a satisfaction survey from 1 to 5.

History and statistics

Search every ticket by number, member, template, panel or date. Statistics show opened and closed tickets on every plan; Premium adds first response and resolution times, satisfaction and a breakdown by staff member, panel and template.

Common questions

More in the documentation.

Is the ticket system free?

Yes. Unlimited tickets, 3 panels and 3 templates, forms, claiming, transcripts kept 30 days, logs and the count of opened and closed tickets are free. Premium raises the limits and adds escalation, advanced automations and claim options, opening hours, the closing DM, the satisfaction survey, roles on open and close and detailed statistics.

Who can read a transcript?

Members who can manage the server, the support roles of the ticket's template and, if you allow it, the member who opened the ticket. Everyone signs in with Discord first.

Can panels follow our opening hours?

Yes, with Premium. Set opening hours in your time zone; outside them, members get your closed message instead of a ticket, and the roles you choose can still open one.
