Honeypot
Spam bots post the same scam link in every channel they can see. A honeypot is a channel nobody should write in: a bot falls into it, a human reads the warning and moves on.
How it works
/honeypot create, or the button in the dashboard, creates a #honeypot channel at the top of your server, open to everyone, with a pinned warning that tells members not to post. /honeypot add turns an existing channel into a trap. Free servers have 1 trap, Premium servers 5.
By default the bot bans the author to delete their messages of the last 24 hours, then unbans them right away: a kick that cleans up. Premium servers can ban, timeout or only log instead, choose how many hours of messages to delete and write their own warning, as text or an embed.
The owner, administrators, members who can manage the server, webhooks and bots are never sanctioned, nor the roles and members you exempt: 3 roles and 3 members free, 250 roles and 100 members with Premium.
If two members who joined more than 30 days ago post in a trap within 10 minutes, someone probably shared the channel by mistake: the trap pauses for an hour, your staff get a notice and the second member is not sanctioned.
Every trigger is reported in the channel you choose, with the member, the sanction and whether it worked. Premium can mention a role in the report. The history keeps the last 5 triggers over 3 days, or 20 over 30 days with Premium.

No. The trap only needs to know that a message was posted in the channel. Reports show the text only when Discord provides it.
