Blacklist and hidden members
Stop some members or roles from earning invites, and hide members from the leaderboards.
Three lists decide who earns invites and who appears in the leaderboards.
| List | Effect | Free | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member blacklist | The members still use the server and can still invite people, but from the moment they are added, the joins they bring are not credited to them. | 3 | 100 |
| Blocked roles | Same, for every member with one of these roles. | — | 50 |
| Hidden members | The members keep their invites and their own rank in /invites, but never appear in a leaderboard (commands, pinned, web, public), report or export. | 3 | 100 |
Member blacklist#
Managed with commands only (Administrator):
/blacklist add <member>/blacklist remove <member>/blacklist list/blacklist reset: empties the list, after a confirmation.
Blocked roles (Premium)#
- Dashboard → Invite tracking → Exclusions → Blocked roles.
- Or
/countingrules blockrole <role>and/countingrules unblockrole <role>(Manage Server).
@everyone can't be blocked.
Hidden members#
- Dashboard → Invite tracking → Exclusions → Hidden from the leaderboards (member IDs).
- Or
/countingrules hide <member>and/countingrules unhide <member>(Manage Server).
Good to know#
- Whether a join was credited is stored with it. When the member leaves, exactly what the join gave is taken back, even if the lists changed in between.
- When Premium ends, blocked roles stop applying, and only the first 3 blacklisted members and the first 3 hidden members take effect. The lists stay saved.
