When Premium ends
What happens to your servers when Premium ends or when you move to a smaller plan.
When your subscription ends#
When you cancel on Patreon, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends (cancelled, payment declined, or Discord unlinked from Patreon), every server you activated loses Premium at the next check, within 5 minutes. The bot sends you a direct message listing those servers.
Moving to a smaller plan#
If your new plan covers fewer servers, the servers you activated last lose Premium first, until you are within your new number of servers. The bot sends you a direct message listing them. You can then choose again on My premium: remove Premium from a server and give the slot to another.
What a server keeps#
Every setting stays saved. Premium features stop acting, and the free limits apply again. When Premium comes back, everything works again as before.
Where a list is above the free limit, only the oldest items keep acting (for example the first 3 auto roles, the oldest label, the oldest honeypot trap, the 10 lowest message rewards, the 3 oldest ticket panels and templates). The others stay listed, and you can still remove them.

| Honeypot | Only the oldest trap sanctions, with the free sanction and the default warning. |
| Verification | The panel goes back to the default message. |
| Logs and invite alerts | Stopped. |
| Bot profile | The bot takes its default profile back. |
Refunds#
Refunds are at our discretion. A billing period in which Premium was used is not refunded. See the refund policy and contact us if you were charged by mistake.
